⚠️ Company Closure – Final Sale Policy


MACKEENE is currently in the process of closing down. All remaining stock is being sold off in liquidation.


Items discounted at -60% or more: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

– No returns
– No exchanges
– No refunds


By placing an order on a product discounted at -60% or more, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the sale is final and definitive.


Exceptional cases


If, on a fully discretionary basis, MACKEENE agrees to accept a return or process a refund (for example in the case of a manufacturing defect duly established within 7 days of delivery), the refund will be issued exclusively in the form of a store credit, valid on www.mackeene.com while the website remains active. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to a bank account or credit card.


Shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes remain non-refundable in all cases.




Failed Delivery / Refused Shipments


If an order has been processed, shipped, and delivery has been attempted by the carrier but the parcel is returned to us due to refusal, absence, failure to collect the parcel, incorrect address provided by the customer, or any other reason not attributable to MACKEENE, the order will be treated as a return.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, any refund (if granted at MACKEENE's discretion) will be issued exclusively as a store credit, in accordance with the Final Sale Policy above.

Shipping costs and any carrier fees incurred for the shipment will not be refunded and may be deducted from the store credit amount, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.




Sale


During the closure period, all items on sale are subject to the Final Sale Policy described above.




Quality guarantee


In the event that you receive a damaged item that is classified as faulty, you are required to contact us at info@mackeene.com within 7 days of receiving it.
